I ate out a lot less this week which definitely helped me to control what I was eating – I only had a pre-wedding lunch for a colleague and then at the weekend I ate in a lot more. I was also on some Annual Leave this week so I decided to throw in some more exercise before going to weigh in which I think helped and also made me feel a lot better.
I have never had such a social April! Which while lovely, is definitely not great when you have just decided to go on a diet! Still I can’t complain it is better than being bored!
My target for next week is 2lbs! Fingers crossed.
