A maintain is better than a gain! Well that’s the mantra anyway, I would have preferred a loss personally however I was happy not to put on this week. So my glass is half full rather than empty!!
It’s not very much to report really. I was good this week but sometimes you just have an off one despite all your good practice so I can’t get disheartened over it. I am at C’s for the weekend for a family meal, get together and that will involved LOTS of food. SO I just need to be on it, allow for a bad day but exercise in the run up to and after as much as possible.
