So I went in this week and nothing had changed from last week. I maintained. Which while not quite what I wanted was still absolutely fine with me overall. I am not sure why I didn’t lose as I can’t really say I was that awful but perhaps not good enough. I’m not sure. I know I went in that day feeling very bloated – but it’s not really an excuse!
Still hoping to do better next week and I am going to get lots of exercise in where possible!
I definitely have to get in focus as otherwise I will not meet my January motivation target! I can do it!!
